Maria Bonet Donato is a full professor of Medieval History at Rovira i Virgili University. In the field of research, she has dealt with a significant variety of subjects: military orders, social and economic history, power, military and territorial relations, ecclesiastical history, or more specific questions such as identity and memory, all focusing on the order of the Hospital and Catalan socio-economic history.
